We ship our tea worldwide. Please contact us directly for international shipping.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to food safety and hygiene reasons, products can only be returned if they were damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
