1. Organic Green Tea: Refreshing, Herbaceous, Wilted Floral
Crafted from the Four Seasons Spring cultivar, this Taiwanese green tea is prized for its smooth, clean profile. Its honey-green infusion offers refreshing clarity, revealing herbaceous notes with a smooth mouthfeel and a soft, subtle wilted-flower aroma, typical of Taiwanese-style green teas. The finish is light and easy, leaving the palate feeling refreshed and clear.
2. Jasmine Blend: Bright Jasmine, Refreshing, Clean Finish
A floral variation of our organic green tea, naturally scented with freshly picked jasmine blossoms. The cup opens with a vibrant jasmine aroma—floral, bright and lingering—balanced by the tea’s smooth body and refreshing clarity. The result is both calming and uplifting, with a softly perfumed finish.
3. Tea Blossom Blend: Gentle Floral, Pollen-Laced, Softly Sweet
Scented with rare oolong tea blossoms, this blend offers a more delicate floral presence than jasmine. Soft notes of pollen and a hint of honey complement the tea’s clean, silky texture. A quietly fragrant cup with a graceful, understated finish.

A Purifying and Nourishing Tea from Certified Organic Estate
High in antioxidants, this green tea is both nourishing and satisfying—light, refreshing, and well-suited to daily drinking. It is grown on a certified organic single estate, upholding rigorous environmental and quality standards. While not hand-picked, it is carefully harvested using semi-mechanical methods that allow for greater control over plucking. (UK & Taiwan has signed MOU on mutual recognition of organic products in 2024)
Brewing Guide
- Water temperature: 80–100°C (Can be brewed with boiling water without bitterness, thanks to Master Hsieh’s uniquely developed technique)
- Hot Brew – Tea/Water Ratio (g/ml):
Single infusion: 1:100, 3–4 minutes
Multiple infusions: 1:35 (range 1:20–1:40). Start with 60–80 seconds for the first infusion; adjust steeping time according to taste. Suitable for at least 3 brews.
- Cold Brew: 1:100–200 ratio. Steep in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Note: Due to the natural drying process, flower petals may appear darker or break into smaller pieces. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or flavour of the tea.
